Approved returns will, in most cases, result in the replacement of the damaged or defective merchandise rather than a refund. 

We have a 7-day return policy on adult products, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.  We have a no return policy on custom T-Shirts, intimate apparel, and swimwear.  Exceptions may include products damaged in shipping with photos of the damaged packaging before opening.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at with photos of the product you wish to return and the reason for your return request. If your return request is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We may elect to replace your defective or damaged item rather than provide a refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Be sure to take photos of damaged shipping packaging before opening.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom printed t-shirts and personal products such as underwear and intimate apparel.  Please contact us by email at or phone (1-731-300-1537) if you have questions or concerns about your specific item before you place your order, or if you received a damaged package or the wrong item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, we will elect to replace your damaged or defective merchandise or provide a refund.  If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
